Job Title: Site Manager Location: RAF Digby and RAF Wyton Project: New Build Residential Units Rate: £280 - £350 per day - PAYE or Umbrella Only We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy Construction project project on RAF bases between Sleaford and Huntingdon, this will be working on a new build project for a Main Contractor building new residential blocks on base. Key Responsibilities: Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard Managing snagging lists and quality control Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completionRequirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on a healthcare project.
