Our client is looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Operative to help them through a busy period.

* Minor maintenance jobs
* Delivering parcels
* Moving furniture
* Sweeping / blowing leaves
* Roof checks
* Holding keys to open and close doors
* Event setup
* Basic IT skills required
* Assisting the duty Facilities Assistant with other duties such as fire alarm, refuge point alarm testing, and completion of job sheet allocations.
Experience and skills required for this position:
* Basic DIY skills required.
* Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, caretaking, or estates would be ideal.
