Key Responsibilities
1. Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, particularly in complex international restructuring and outsourcing projects.
2. Handle a broad range of employment law issues
3. Employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, investigations)
4. Employment litigation and settlements (including managing external counsel)
5. Policy review and updates
6. Employment contracts and reward policies
7. Support on corporate transactions TUPE)
8. Deliver legal updates and training to HR and business teams
Candidate Profile
9. Experience in regulated or partnership environments and international employment law.
