They deliver a range of new build and refurbishment projects across the leisure, education, commercial and retail sectors, with project values ranging from £200k - £15m.
Projects include; Hotels, Schools, Care Homes.
About The Role
You will be an experienced construction site manager with a proven track record of delivering construction projects from breaking ground to final handover.
Previous experience specifically building care homes and hotels would be beneficial, but an all-round good knowledge of building processes and a proven track record of building projects up to £10m in value as Number 1 Site Manager would be acceptable for the role.
Role & Responsibilities Include
* Providing leadership
* Ensuring construction works run to a strict programme
* Maintain strict quality control procedures
* Management of change - Client / Company / Supply Chain
* Be involved in regular site meetings with all parties
* Conducting regular site safety checks
* Review methods of working, alternative materials etc
* Coaching and motivating the site team
