Frazer Jones is working with a well-established organisation based in Bath, currently seeking an HR Officer to join their team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to increased HR activity and high volumes of work, offering a great chance to gain valuable experience and further develop your HR expertise.
About the Role
This is a hands-on generalist role where you’ll support the HR function across a range of operational activities around the employee life cycle as well as HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
* Support with all administration around the employee life cycle
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and update internal systems
* Assist with employee relations cases, including minute-taking and documentation
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a busy environment
* Solid understanding of the employee life cycle and onboarding
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
* Comfortable with HR systems and Microsoft Office
