Our client is seeking a talented solicitor with 5–7 years post-qualification experience to join their Glasgow-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, advising a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of employment law including contracts, policies, and procedures.
* Handling tribunal claims and disputes, including advocacy where appropriate.
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input.
* Delivering training and updates to clients on employment law developments.
