We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Quality Manager to join our Construction clients. Based near Watford (Head Office). Salary £61,000 - £65,000 + car/car allowance. Permanent Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday).
Overview
We are looking for a lead role to design, implement and oversee the company-wide Quality Strategy and Culture across projects and teams.
Responsibilities
* Design and lead the company-wide Quality Strategy and Culture
* Oversee divisional quality procedures and ensure consistent compliance across all projects
* Provide expert guidance and support to project-based Quality Managers
* Collaborate with Project Leads to identify and nurture talent within the quality team
* Build and strengthen the Quality Community across the organisation
* Develop and deliver tailored Quality Training for operational teams
* Define and uphold Digital Delivery Standards and expectations
* Manage and evolve the Quality Audit Programme
* Serve as interim Quality Manager during project mobilisation phases
* Lead investigations into significant quality issues and implement corrective actions
* Support the Pre-Construction Team with quality input during bid preparation
Requirements
* A formal qualification in Construction or a Quality-related discipline
* Proven experience in leading quality strategy within a construction environment
* Progress toward Chartered status with the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) is highly desirable
