What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the face of Bacardi across your territory. We are recruiting in three areas: South Wales, Essex, and Nottinghamshire!
* Build strong relationships with store managers in the Top Four Retailers
* Drive visibility of key brands like Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose & Bacardi
* Secure extra displays and secondary space
* Execute standout in-store activations
* Use data to unlock sales opportunities
This is fast-paced, target-driven, and hands-on. You’ll be in stores daily, owning your patch and growing Bacardi’s presence in grocery retail.
What You Need To Be Successful
* Ambition to build a career in FMCG or spirits
* Confidence talking to decision-makers
* Commercial awareness and results-focused
* Organised, self-starting, and resilientFull UK driving licence + own vehicle
* Availability to join an assessment centre at the end of May/Beginning of June!
Experience in field sales or retail helps — but attitude, energy, and drive matter more.
