The Role:
* To ensure all food is preparedand cookedto an exceptional standard, ensuring all HACCP regulations are adhered to
* Ensure the team are providingthe highest level of customer service
* Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
* Completing any administration as requested
* Complete bookwork procedures in line with company requirements
* Report defective equipment work and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department
* Manage the team effectively to ensure all service areas are fully stocked
* Manage the unit in an efficient and effective manner ensuring all Gross profit targets are met
* Manage all aspects of hospitality catering
* Induct,trainand appraise employees as per the Company procedures
* Ensure all Health, Safety and Hygiene policies and procedures are adhered to
* Comply withHACCP regulations as necessary
The Person
* Previousexperience working within afastpacedcatering/ hospitality environment.
* Demonstratable knowledge of HACCP
* Previousmanagement/ supervisoryexperience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Previousexperience working in a contract catering environment
* NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds 706/ 1&2 or above
* Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing,speakingand listening skills toassistin understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
