An Assistant Health Club and Spa Manager supports the Spa and Health Club Manager in operations, team management, and training to deliver excellent guest and member experiences while achieving revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist in managing operations
* Maintain knowledge of treatments, ensure compliance with legislation and standards
* Ensure excellent client experiences, including bookings and payments
* Support team motivation, service quality, and development
* Assist in recruiting, training, and managing team members
* Help meet revenue and financial targets
* Manage customer feedback for continuous improvement
* Uphold brand standards and liaise with hotel departments
* Provide friendly, personalized service to guests and customers
* Respond to audits and ensure ongoing improvements
Candidate requirements:
* Supervisory experience in the spa industry
* Ability to work under pressure
* High grooming standards
* Willingness to develop self and team
* Flexible and adaptable in various work situations
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
