Overview We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Business Administrator. They will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual to provide vital administrative support across the business, while also handling general office responsibilities. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism, contributing to a well-organised and effective work environment. About The Role Deliver administrative support for organisational operations Process invoices and employee expenses Assist in the coordination and organisation of business activities Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail Manage and arrange travel and accommodation Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal teams Perform general office duties such as ordering catering and supporting on-site meetings What You Will Need Proven 3 years experience in a business administrative role Secondary level qualification or higher within Business Administration discipline, or another related field. Proven experience in processing invoices and financial expenses Demonstrated experience in engaging with external clients to resolve invoice-related inquiries and manage financial administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively with a high level of accuracy Positive attitude and a team player mindset Right to Work in UK Desirable Criteria Experience in Health and Safety Experience in arranging employee travel Benefits Flexible working hours Private health care Life Insurance Enhanced Family Leave Performance Bonus Training and development support Wellbeing initiatives Employee Resource Group (ERG) events.
