A UK market leader in Renewable Energy, who specialise in domestic solar installations, are looking to bring another strong sales person onboard. Established for over 20 years, and ranked as the UK's fastest growing solar installer they currently turnover £35 million. The company were acquired by a huge household name (£1 billion turnover) just 2 years ago and the growth has rocketed.
Your role?
All leads are inbound, warm, pre-qualified, and appointments are booked into your calendar for you. This will be all from the office (Castleford) and over a Microsoft Teams call - so no travel to the customer either! Your role will be to close; these are interested household owners that just need someone to virtually shake their hand!
The package?
Rated as one of the best and most competitive packages in the industry. Full breakdown transparency below...
* Realistic OTE of £60 - 75k but can earn more as commission is uncapped
* Top new recruits are earning £65k+ annually
* An average week will be closing 4-5 deals a week but in peak season (like summer), it can be 7-8 deals.
* In commission, an average deal is worth around £300 (7-8 a week, quickly adds up!)
* You will be earning commission in your first week - the last salesman we recruited closed 4 in his first week here.
* Plus other bonuses such as £2000 which top performers earn for certain deal sizes.
* NOT commission only either - £25,000 basic - but you will never have a week/month just earning basic
