Claimont Health is recruiting for a fantastic full-time Recruiter who will have experience recruiting into the healthcare sector. As our new Recruiter, you will be focussed on high quality recruitment to build up a comprehensive employee, contractor, and bank staff for our expanding UK and international service. This is a key role required to enable organisational objectives around growth and workforce development to be met. You will need to execute a commercial understanding and an ability to introduce creative ideas to improve systems and efficiency within your remit. You will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, providing highly skilled mental health and complex care professionals to complement our client’s needs and will proactively manage and recruit multiple roles at all levels across our business. Your experience will include, but is not limited to: At least two years of healthcare recruitment and compliance experience is essential Focus on head hunting key roles for the business in particular senior and international requirements Have a proven track record of Identifying and sourcing Therapists, Companions, Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN), Registered General Nurses (RGN) and Support Workers (SW) and manage the skills pipeline Demonstrate effective creative advert writing and solutions outside of the usual campaign norms Have a proven track record of recruiting into a fast-growing organisation Manage end-to-end recruitment relationships inclusive of interview process and onboarding Analyse and improve recruitment processes where necessary Write Job Descriptions and facilitate Person Specifications Knowledge and experience of employment standards and CQC requirements Previous experience in a similar recruitment role with team management Be the brand ambassador by representing the Company values and ensure a first-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Interview all candidates using benchmarking strategies to ensure the highest quality of staff are progressed Knowledge or awareness of Mental Health Care What's in it for you? Claimont Health is happy to support hybrid model for this role, some days you will be based in our Haywards Heath office and some days you will be working from home. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with the occasional weekend on call.
