Data Architect – Permanent Role
We’re on the lookout for a talented Data Architect to join our client’s high-performing architecture team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of transformative Data & AI initiatives that span multiple business domains.
Reporting to the Lead Data Architect you will play a key role in shaping, supporting and delivering the Data & AI strategy and the wider enterprise architecture. You’ll be part of
shaping and executing the data architecture across IT; you’ll be heavily involved with significant data & AI programmes and take accountability for a wide range of different data-related tasks and activities designed to improve data across the board.
* Take responsibility for shaping and delivering Data & AI Architecture, working closely with the Lead Data Architect across change projects and programmes
* Develop and maintain alignment with Enterprise Data & AI Architecture principles, standards and methodology enabling the organisation to be a leading data driven company
* Create and maintain enterprise data & AI architecture assets that meets data governance, regulatory and business requirements, mapping the business requirements to data requirements and defining how the data should be provisioned to the business to serve all of their needs to ensure consistency, ease of use and performance
* Contribute to the common reference data and hierarchies in collaboration with Data Stewards, Analysts and Business SME’s to agree and ratify these data sets
* Ensure that data definitions align to the enterprise data model and that these definitions/models are adhered to on transformation programmes

About You You’re a data visionary with a track record of delivering robust, scalable architecture in fast-paced environments. You’re comfortable building models, owning governance, and influencing enterprise-wide decisions.
