The Role
We are seeking a talented Employment Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) with 3–6 years PQE to join our expanding Liverpool team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role in the growth of our practice.
Location: The Plaza Building, Old Hall Street, Liverpool / Hybrid working pattern.

What We’re Looking For
* 3–6 years’ PQE, with experience managing your own caseload.
* Proven ability to manage a complex caseload of respondent Employment Tribunal matters.
* Strong technical knowledge and experience advising across all areas of employment law, including discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, reorganisation projects, grievances, disciplinary matters, and TUPE.
* Strong time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and meet targets.
* A proactive approach to business development, including drafting articles and attending events (with support from our Legal Director).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
* A collaborative approach as a team player.
* A flexible approach and ability to adapt to different tasks.
* Experience supervising and supporting junior team members.
* Knowledge of the Liverpool market (advantageous, not essential).
* A passion for people, progress, and practical solutions.
