We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for our client in the Havant area! Our client is a growing and innovative company who are seeking an organised and proactive HR Administrator to support its busy Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line HR support, responding to queries from employees and managers.
* Administer starter and leaver processes, including all employee documentation and onboarding.
* Maintain and update HR records and systems.
* Support monthly payroll and assist with benefits coordination.
* Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews.
* Carry out pre-employment screening and compliance checks.
* Prepare HR documentation (contracts, reports) and correspondence.
* Produce management information reports for HR and leadership teams.
* Assist in organising learning & development activities and maintaining training records.
* Support the HR Manager in all aspects of the employee life cycle and ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements
* Proven HR administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing business.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
* Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices (desirable).
* Team-player with a proactive approach to new challenges.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
