This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a total headcount of approximately 120 employees, operating across two main sites in the East Midlands. This is a pivotal standalone position, with the successful candidate responsible for establishing and embedding the HR function within the organisation. While you will be the sole HR professional, you will work closely with a wider team (not in HR) and have the autonomy to make a meaningful impact.
