HR Manager - Elderly Care / Heritage Site - £55k to £60k - Central SW London This is a rare opportunity for a HR Manager to join a small HR team, supporting this grand elderly care village, forming part of a beautiful heritage site, with vast grounds and historic buildings. The HR Manager will report to the HR Director, and will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies and strategies and focusing on the day-to-day operational aspects of HR. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery and managing of specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, while ensuring compliance with employment law and supporting the overall HR goals of the organisation.
