Client based near Portsmouth - The role involves working within occupied social housing properties, so professionalism, respect for tenants, and good communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out general repairs and maintenance across residential properties
* Complete works in bathrooms and kitchens, including minor installations and repairs
* Repair and replace doors, locks, and associated fixtures
* Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate remedial work
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
* Communicate effectively with tenants and the management team
