Senior Recruiter
Location: Belfast, UK Remote
Hours: Full time
Job type: 6 months FTC
As an AMS Senior Recruiter, you will support client hiring managers with filling vacancies, ensuring quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and delivering excellent recruitment services. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop recruitment strategies, and guide the sourcing team.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
* Contribute to the commercial success of the account through the achievement of NFI targets
* Develop end‑to‑end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer‑term client requirements
* Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy with hiring managers
* Work effectively with sourcing and admin teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
* Mentor and guide members of the sourcing team on best‑practice approaches
* Manage candidate relationships and ensure satisfaction with the recruitment experience
* Support hiring managers in deciding which candidate to hire, guide them on appropriate offers, and manage objections and notice periods
* Forecast placements based on demand, changes in client business, and trends in business demand
Skills & Requirements
* Experience in developing and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment campaign strategies
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Problem‑solving skills
* Strong adherence to recruitment processes and compliance standards
* Confidence with Excel and a data‑driven approach
* Experience hiring for technology roles is an advantage
