Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety hot sandwiches burgers etc
* Assist in preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours.
* Serve customers with attention to presentation, consistency and customer satisfaction.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
* Be punctual and reliable and have the ability to handle cash accurately and work unsupervised.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting.
* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
* Understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues.
* A passion for cooking and providing outstanding service to customers.
