Engineering Site Manager Responsibilities & Requirements
* Proven experience within an FMCG environment
* Developing and leading shift engineers through mentoring, appraisals and overall performance management
* A consistent focus on the effective direction of the team ensuring the delivery of proactive, planned-preventative maintenance ensuring equipment and general operation can meet targets and demand
* Supporting the introduction of new equipment as part of a continued drive for innovation
* Through effective direction of the team, efficient reactive maintenance to ensure minimal machine downtime
* Forward thinking and positive in approach
* Must have strong communication skills
* Collaborative working as a focus across various departments
* Hands-on approach and able to lead from the front
* Excellent communication skills
* Passionate about continuous improvement
* Ability to work as part of a cross functional team
