A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a rapidly growing, highly innovative manufacturing organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take the lead on quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.

The Role:
* Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System
* Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and EN 1090 standards
* Lead quality assurance across production, fabrication, and final assembly
* Maintain records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions
* Drive a proactive, quality-first culture throughout the business
* Lead and support internal/external audits and ensure audit readiness
* Oversee customer quality expectations, complaints, and performance issues
* Implement robust root cause analysis and CAPA processes
* Act as senior escalation point for critical quality issues
* Integrate customer and regulatory requirements into all quality processes
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
* Provide clear quality performance reporting to senior management
The Person:
* 10+ years' experience in Quality roles, including 3+ years at managerial level
* Strong background in manufacturing and Quality Management Systems
* Proven experience with ISO accreditations and audit management
* Skilled in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data-driven decision-making
* Full driving licence
* ISO Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
