As we expand our services, we're looking for a freelance developer passionate about AI and automation, able to design and integrate virtual receptionist solutions directly for our clients.
Technical responsibilities
* Voice agent build: Develop and configure intelligent voice agents using Vapi (or Retell).
* n8n automation: Build and maintain robust workflows to orchestrate data capture and synchronization.
* Business integrations (CRM & tools): Connect agents and workflows to client tools (CRM, calendars, Google Sheets/Airtable, etc.).
* Telephony integration: Connect agents to phone providers (Twilio or similar).
* Documentation: Deliver clean deployments with clear documentation + Loom walkthroughs, and reusable templates.

Ideal profile
* Strong experience with Voice AI tools (Vapi/Retell or equivalent) and solid prompting fundamentals.
* Expertise in automation (n8n) and integrations (APIs/Webhooks).
* Ability to document each deployment clearly and professionally.
* Fluent French required.
* Solution-oriented mindset: Able to recommend the best architecture for a given business need.
