The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take the lead on delivering a variety of exciting construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the site team from project inception to handover. Plan, programme, and monitor site works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Oversee quality control, health & safety compliance, and project KPIs. Coordinate materials, labour, subcontractors, and equipment. Manage ordering, reconciliation, and procurement of materials. Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies. Support commercial teams with cost control and budget management. Maintain accurate site records, performance documentation, and reports. Mentor and develop site staff, fostering a positive and motivated team culture. What We're Looking For: Proven track record in site or project management within the construction sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Confident in client and stakeholder engagement. Sound knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance. Relevant industry certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, etc.). A pply!
