We're excited to be recruiting for a Sales Executive role with a globally recognised distributor of classic films on behalf of major studios. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving sales of classic films to cinema chains, cinematheques, and film festivals across the Asia market. As the Sales Executive your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing (under guidance and supervision of Sales Director and Sales Managers) a pro-active sales strategy for the Asia market. Processing a high volume of inbound theatrical sales enquiries from cinemas, cinematheques and film festivals, converting leads into to sales and upselling other relevant titles. Holding regular client meetings either face to face or via video call to drive sales with potential international travel on occasion. Using the rights management system to accurately input, update and manage data from end to end of the sales process. Working closely with Sales Managers and Director on sales reporting in the relevant territories and measuring performance against budget targets. Support the wider sales team with a variety of tasks, including processing internal and external reports required on a weekly and ad hoc basis. To be successful in this role you will have: A proven track record in a pro-active sales role with accountability for delivering revenue targets. Ability to work well under pressure and manage own workload in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in the film or media industry, particularly in sales. Outside industry experience may be considered based on transferable experience/skills, but a passion for film is a must! Professional fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or experience working across the Asia markets is ideal but not necessary. Please apply now for a further conversation!
