Our fabulous catering team serve around 300 lunches per day. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced person to put their stamp on our catering, working closely with the staff and students to develop our catering provision. Key requirements You will be motivated by a passion for quality coupled with the highest standards in food production, presentation and service. Candidates must be capable of developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative ideas You must be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practical cooking in a large-scale environment, budget management experience, excellent management skills and good IT skills Effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer care are essential, as is the ability to work and lead as part of a team.
