With a rapidly expanding client base, we are looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to drive new business, manage key accounts, and deliver outstanding talent solutions.The RoleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement. You will be responsible for:
* Business Development – Identifying and winning new clients, developing long-term relationships, and expanding our market presence.
* Candidate Sourcing – Using innovative search methods to attract, qualify, and place top-tier candidates in the renewables and construction sectors.
* End-to-End Recruitment – Managing the full recruitment cycle, from client briefings and candidate screening to interview coordination and offer negotiations.
* Market Expertise – Keeping up to date with trends, challenges, and opportunities in the renewables and construction industries to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
* Hitting Targets & Maximising Earnings – Driving sales and placements with a strong commercial mindset, earning lucrative commissions along the way.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in the renewables or construction sectors.
* A deep understanding of the renewables market, including its challenges, opportunities, and key players.
* A confident, proactive, and resilient personality with a hunger for success.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
* A fast-paced, adaptable approach – able to juggle multiple roles and clients at any given time.
* Money-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and achieve significant financial rewards.
