Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Executive role based in Birtley. The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for building new and maintaining strong existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings, understanding client needs, developing proposals, preparing sales reports, and representing the company in a professional manner. Collaboration with internal teams to meet customer needs is also a key aspect of this role. We offer a competitive salary with a high commission bonus scheme. A company car can also be provided.
Qualifications
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales and understanding of sales principles, customer service, and negotiation skills
Ability to identify and follow up on new business opportunities
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical engineering services or a background in a related technical field is required
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
Previous experience as a Technical Sales Executive or in a similar role is required
