Job Title: MEP Site Manager
Location: Essex (Projects in Southend & Basildon)
Salary: £65K DOE
The Role:
*
Oversee all MEP site activities across two small healthcare projects.
*
Manage day-to-day site operations on projects located in Southend and Basildon.
*
Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors on site.
*
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
*
Monitor site progress and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
*
Ensure all works comply with health & safety requirements and project standards.
*
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
*
Ensure installations are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.

Strong experience delivering healthcare and technically challenging building services projects.

Operates with multiple live projects running concurrently across London and the South East.

Growing project pipeline driving the need for an additional Site Manager.

The Ideal Candidate:
*
Proven experience working as an MEP Site Manager.
*
Ideally electrically biased, although mechanical backgrounds will be considered.
*
Strong overall MEP knowledge across mechanical and electrical services.
*
Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.
*
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
*
Experience delivering healthcare or similar projects advantageous.
*
Relevant site certifications such as CSCS and SMSTS/SSSTS beneficial.
