Sewell Wallis is currently working with a well-established Harrogate-based business that is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their friendly and supportive HR team on a permanent basis. The HR Administrator will play a vital role, supporting the HR Manager and wider HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience to get a foot in the door within HR and progress with a large organisation. What will you be doing? Maintaining accurate and up to date employee records and HR databases. Coordinating the recruitment process, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Assisting with onboarding new starters, preparing contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place. Supporting payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and managing absence records.What skills are we looking for? Strong administration experience (3+ years).
