o £10,001 - £20,000 → 2.5%

Requirements & Qualifications:
* Education or experience in an engineering business, marketing, or related field preferred
* Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleagues
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Technical knowledge is a plus, but not essential
What will your role look like?
As a Junior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
* Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach
* Sales Proposals: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotes to potential customers
* Sales Strategy Support: Assist in implementing sales strategies to grow market share
* Diary & Time Management: Maintain weekly and monthly sales diaries, detailing calls, meetings, and objectives
* Follow-up: Respond to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints to ensure timely resolution
* Performance Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
* Event Participation: Attend trade shows and conferences to promote our products and services
