Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Sheffield | Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Elevation HR are currently partnered with a professional services organisation in the recruitment of an experienced HR Manager.
This is a great opportunity, for a people focused HR Leader to deliver a high-quality, people focused HR service.
Reporting into the Managing Director, this is a hands-on strategic role, managing all aspects of the HR function while supporting a culture of excellence, integrity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including personnel records, compliance, reporting, and employee relations
* Provide expert, pragmatic HR and employment law advice to managers and shareholders
* Manage the full employee lifecycle,from recruitment and onboarding to performance, development, and exit
* Lead strategic HR initiatives on organisational development, engagement, and succession planning
* Ensure full compliance with employment law, SRA, and GDPR requirements
* Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being across the firm
About You:
* Proven HR management experience, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
* Strong understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance
* Approachable, pragmatic, and values-driven, with excellent communication and people skills
* Able to balance strategic insight with hands-on delivery
