Ideally the candidates will have a good house building background, experience working on a scheme of 50+ units and a keen eye for detail.
Packages around £45-55k plus van, fuel & bonus

Ideally from a trade background
Experience in large private housing projects
Ability to work on own initiative
Capable of overseeing £1.5M worth of work
Responsibilities
Manage and motivate site teams
Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
Organise and coordinate labour
Reporting to Contracts Manager level
