Sales Executive Renewable Energy - Outbound Energy Consultant
Location: Farnham
Earnings: £26k per annum + KPI Bonus
About the Role
Valoris Group are recruiting a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join a fast-growing renewables business. This role focuses on closing pre-qualified warm leads for Air Source Heat Pump installations, with full support from an in-house technical and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert warm leads generated by the business into sales
* Conduct site visits to assess suitability for heat pump installations
* Present tailored renewable solutions to customers and build strong client relationships
* Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals, both in-person and digitally
* Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the technical team
* Stay informed on renewable industry trends, products, and competitor offerings
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
What Were Looking For
* Proven track record in sales renewables, home improvements, or HVAC desirable
* Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through the sales process
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Confident working independently and managing your own pipeline
* Full UK driving licence
