What responsibility’s you will have:
14. Collaborate closely with the HS Café Team Leader to bring Café menus to life – showcase your creativity and flair.
15. Contribute to menu planning, ensuring that stock levels meet KPI’s, demonstrating your adeptness in resource management.
16. Execute impeccable food production and presentation, maintaining our esteemed 5-star reputation where excellence is non-negotiable.
17. Uphold Food Safety protocols in accordance with guidelines – prioritising customer safety and well-being.
18. Manage and adhere to schedules for cleaning, food preparation, and equipment checks - recognise the importance of organisation when achieving our goals.
19. Mentor and train kitchen assistants to uphold the highest standard of food production and presentation – foster a skilled and motivated team.
20. Effectively communicate with Café management team, underlining the significance of teamwork and collaboration in driving our success forward.
General Accountability
21. Familiarity and awareness of all HS products to effectively promote sales across the HS brand – be a proud brand ambassador.
22. Flexibility to offer support in varies business areas as needed – for example, Front of House at HS Café, as business demands require it – show case your adaptability to ensure a seamless operation.
