Compensation

Field Sales Executive – Key Details
Reporting to: Field Sales Manager. Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
* Drive door‑to‑door sales, presenting YouFibre packages directly to residents.
* Build and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion.
* Collaborate with line manager to showcase YouFibre’s benefits within the network.
* Build relationships within the local community and key stakeholders.
Essential Requirements
* Residence within a 30‑minute drive of the location.
* Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Right to work in the UK.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about customer service.
* Motivated to succeed individually and as part of a team.
* Strong communicator.
* Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
