Handyman - Hassocks (Regional Developer) Rate: £150 per day (8-hour working day) Location: Hassocks, West Sussex Start: ASAP | Duration: 3 Months (potential for further work) Atkinson Baker Associates are currently recruiting a reliable and skilled Handyman on behalf of a well-respected Regional Developer. The Role This is a temporary contract starting immediately, scheduled to run for the next 3 months. For the right candidate who proves their reliability and quality of work, there is a strong possibility of being moved onto further projects once this scheme finishes. You will be working on a residential development site, taking care of a variety of duties to ensure the project meets the developer's high standards. Your duties will likely include: General making good, patching, and finishing works across the site. Basic carpentry, painting, and snagging duties. Assisting site management with ad-hoc maintenance and preparation tasks. Ensuring tasks are completed safely and to a high standard of finish. Requirements Essential: A valid CSCS Card. Essential: You must have your own full set of tools. Essential: You must have your own transport to reliably commute to the site in Hassocks. Essential: Previous experience working as a Handyman or Multi-Trader on active construction sites. What's on Offer Rate: £150.00 per day (based on a standard 8-hour day).
