Hiring Office Administrator – London 🚨 Must be available immediately for 9 – 12 months. Salary to 45k + all bens and breakfast and lunch.
Our client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to keep their London office running smoothly. This is a varied role covering front of house, office organisation, facilities, and administrative support, working closely with their Executive Assistant team to ensure continuity and efficiency across the business.
What you’ll do:
✨ Be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues
✨ Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendors
✨ Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
✨ Support onboarding, health & safety, and ad hoc projects
✨ Collaborate with EAs to provide seamless support
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2 + years’ experience in office administration (financial services a plus)
✔️ Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
✔️ Excellent MS Office & IT skills
✔️ Strong communication and people skills
✔️ A true team player with a can-do attitude
📍 Location: London (West End)
