Must Have’s
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development
* Strong SQL skills
* Experience working with ERP systems or similar business-critical platforms
* Solid understanding of software development principles
* Logical, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Ability to assess problems holistically, identifying patterns, edge cases and system impact
* Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused approach
* Proactive, curious attitude with a strong problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have’s
* Experience developing within Priority ERP
* Python or JavaScript development experience
* Exposure to system integrations and complex business processes
* Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Familiarity with construction, utilities, or operational environments
So, what will you be doing?
* Designing, developing and testing ERP modules, features and integrations
* Customising and extending Priority ERP to support evolving business needs
* Writing clean, efficient, reusable code with clear documentation
* Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across the ERP environment
* Working collaboratively with the development team to refine and improve solutions
* Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand system requirements
* Ensuring all developments align with overall system architecture and performance
* Contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and system design
