This is a part time or full-time, on-site role for an Office Admin Assistant based at the Cathedral Graphics office in Belfast. The Office Admin Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including basic book-keeping, providing clerical support, managing phone correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supporting executive administrative needs. The ideal candidate will help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations effectively
Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills for handling correspondence and interacting with clients and colleagues
Proficiency with office software tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
Previous experience in an office administration role is preferred
Some experience with accounts is prefferable.
