HR Business Partner - Employee Relations
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner with extensive Employee Relations experience to join a leading Travel Technology Leader. You’ll provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees for complex Employee Relations cases.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the subject matter expert for UK Employee Relations, advising on performance management, hybrid work, sickness absence, accommodations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, investigations, grievances.
* Lead and improve HR processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and compliance.
* Support day-to-day HR queries via the People Services team.
* Ensure accurate employee and payroll data by following proper processes.
* Coordinate and deliver workshops for managers aligned with UK legislation.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an Employee Relations Advisor role.
* Must have experience of TUPE and Redundancy.
* Strong understanding of UK employment law.
* Exposure to labour relations cases.
* Resilience and a collaborative mindset.
