Group-wide company benefits The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Onsite Recruitment Account Manager to work onsite at a prestigious Further Education College in Nottingham. As the Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that all staffing requirements are met, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, demonstrating excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills and experience. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an excellent recruitment service whilst developing relationships with the Senior Stakeholders in the College. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and nurturing a pool of candidates for staff recruitment, with a primary focus on providing day-to-day cover for various roles within the college. The role will also require long-term and permanent cover in addition to day-to-day requirements. Key Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Further Education or education sector. A track record in delivering recruitment services and managing the full recruitment life-cycle, with the ability to manage high-volume recruitment. Client Engagement - Experience in managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact for key stakeholders across the college. Client Relationship Management - conducting regular review meetings; addressing concerns and making appropriate actions plans for delivery. Candidate attraction and management - utilise a variety of attraction strategies to identify relevant candidates, and ensure that they are given the best possible service and ensure that they receive regular updates. Compliance & reporting - Ensuring all recruitment processes comply with industry regulations, including safeguarding, equal opportunities, and recruitment best practices.
