Role Overview
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Director and senior management team on all aspects of HR, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guidance on staff policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Support management with performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
* Review and update staff contracts and the employee handbook in line with legislation.
* Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
* Coordinate induction programmes for new employees.
* Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence.
* Organise staff reviews, ensuring development needs and performance issues are addressed.
* Manage staff training programmes, including CPDs and bespoke courses.
* Maintain and safeguard all employee records.
* Conduct exit interviews, analyse trends, and report findings for improvement.
* Monitor HR metrics annually to drive continuous improvement.
* Support payroll administration and benefits enrolment.
* Collaborate with In-House Counsel on sponsorship processes for overseas workers.
* Manage apprenticeship and mentoring programmes internally and externally.
* Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
