HR Manager
Location: Leicester (sites in Leicester, Coventry and Warrington). The successful candidate will be based in the Midlands and may need to travel occasionally to Warrington.

Join our PepsiCo contract responsible for sites in Leicester, Coventry and Warrington. The role involves integrating HR & Payroll practices, embedding our values, driving engagement, championing change, and shaping a unified people plan aligned with the operational agenda.
Pay, Benefits and More
Salary up to £55,000 per annum plus car allowance. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (option to buy additional days). Additional benefits: workplace pension, private healthcare, dental cover, high‑street discounts, cycle‑to‑work scheme, and more.
Typical Day
* Provide effective consultancy and advisory to managers.
* Drive the people agenda across all sites, including D&I, Wellbeing, Talent and Engagement.
* Ensure consistent implementation of company standards and policies.
* Develop line management capability through formal training, coaching and guidance.
* Recruit and retain top talent at all levels.
* Analyse monthly management information (labour turnover, headcount, absence) to support key business decisions.
* Manage harmonious employee relations with Trade Union representatives.
* Support appraisal processes and senior line management in developing individual development plans.
* Influence stakeholders on performance and recognition culture.
* Coordinate talent management and succession planning, focusing on high‑potential colleagues.
* Recommend site communication and engagement strategies.
* Support L&D strategy and advise on training related matters.
* Deliver on‑site training programmes as required.
Qualifications
* Strong experience of HR policy and practice, especially disciplinary, grievance, redundancies and TUPE.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build relationships quickly.
* Experience in a large multi‑site environment, preferably with end‑client exposure.
* Experience in trade union negotiations (local & national) and employment law knowledge.
* Demonstrable change management and cultural development experience in a similar HR advisory or management role.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* A self‑starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
* CIPD qualified.
* Experience in FMCG, logistics or retail environment (desirable).
