The Requirements
We would like you to have some sales experience although it’s not essential. But it’s crucial you have a clear understanding of the sales environment for this role. It is also essential you have a a confident butpolite telephone mannerand be able to overcome objections in your favourwhilst on the phone to a client or prospect. You will haveto demonstrate you can prioritise your work load daily and hit your sales KPI’s on a weekly & monthly basis.
The Role
This role will bemainly office based, but we would like you to attending frequent meetings externally with potential new accounts and also to develop existing relationships within your account base.

Qualifications
* Preferable are proven skills in sales, account management and achieving targets
* Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities
* Ability to build and sustain positive client relationships
* Capacity to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment
* Prior experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
* Willingness to work on-site in Morley, Leeds and engage with clients over the phone and in-person.
