We are looking for an experiencedSales Executiveto join the team atVertu Renault Leicester.
This role offers acompetitive basic salary of £27,000, with anon‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000anduncapped commission, meaning top performers canearn up to £60,000.
In addition to excellent earning potential, we pride ourselves on offering genuinework-life balance. You’ll work a40-hour week(five 8-hour shifts), be on duty for most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and enjoy aguaranteed day off during the week. Plus, we’reclosed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to relax and recharge.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of theend-to-end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.

Requirements
* Currently working as aSales Executive within the automotive industry (minimum 12 months)
* Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills
* A strong commitment to deliveringexceptional customer service
* Ability to workflexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
