We have established a partnership with a highly successful firm based in Belfast to recruit a Litigation Secretary for a permanent role.
As an integral team member specializing in litigation, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:
* Conducting typing and audio typing for various communication channels such as letters, faxes, memos, emails, and documents.
* Crafting court documents with precision and meticulous attention to detail.
* Preparing documents and overseeing the filing of statutory returns.
* Managing telephone communication, handling both outgoing and incoming calls on behalf of the solicitor.
* Handling email correspondence on behalf of the solicitor.
* Coordinating appointments, maintaining up-to-date records, and managing contacts.
* Performing filing, faxing, and photocopying tasks while ensuring records are consistently updated.
In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates with:
* One year or more of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of the associated responsibilities.
* Confident and strong communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration within the team and communication on behalf of the solicitor.
* Efficient time management skills, vital for meeting deadlines and adeptly handling a diverse range of tasks associated with the role.
