Overview
We are looking to recruit experienced Site Managers to join our dynamic, successful and growing team on a 15 Year Partnership contract with L&Q. This role requires proven experience in managing design scaffolding and various types of flat roofing replacements on our project in East London.

Responsibilities
* Lead delivery teams and assess resource requirements for projects.
* Support the management of day-to-day activities and ensure all team objectives are met within time, cost, and budget constraints.
* Drive excellent service standards, influence profitability, and manage basic budgeting, health, safety & environmental management, and compliance.
* Maintain exceptional customer relationships and use a detailed understanding of operational, commercial, and contractual KPIs to maximise service delivery and productivity.
* Promote a focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximise client involvement and feedback, and support client base growth.
* Travel to sites around the area (valid driving licence required; company vehicle provided).
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 6 Construction or Management (or equivalent or demonstrate extensive experience in a similar/related role).
* Black CSCS Card - or working towards
* First Aid at Work
* SMSTS
* CISRS Scaffolding Inspection qualifications
