The ideal candidate will have
3. Good knowledge of catering practices including the use and storage of relevant products
4. Good knowledge of food safety requirements
5. Good knowledge of devising and implementing effective systems of working
6. Experience of catering work in a residential or educational or similar setting
7. Experience of menu planning with reference to budgetary control and nutritional
8. Experience at management level in similar setting
9. Experience of supervising and appraising staff

Benton House School is a brand-new SEN school for pupils with complex needs including SEMH. It is an exciting addition to the Acorn portfolio based in Newcastle.
Benton House School will have capacity for 60 pupils ages 5-14 years old.
